I have been active in real estate appraisal since 2001.  I am currently a certified licensed residential appraiser in the State of Wisconsin.  I have experience doing appraisal for lending purposes, per sale opinion of value, estate planning as well as settling divorces.
 
My main goal in doing appraisals is to have a complete and accurate appraisal with as short a turn time as possible.  I strive to maintain a high quality product that not only serves the needs of the client but looks professional.
